The Centre for Cardiovascular Innovation (CCI) is a clinical research operational centre providing services to cardiovascular investigators working in British Columbia to facilitate national and international clinical trials.

Genome Sciences Centre (GSC)

The Michael Smith Genome Sciences Centre (GSC), a provincial program within the Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA), is a recognized international leader in genomics, bioinformatics, and genome technology innovation.

Oxford Nanopore Technologies

Oxford Nanopore Technologies plc was founded in 2005 as a spin-out from the University of Oxford. The company now employs more than 1000 employees from multiple disciplines including nanopore science, molecular biology and applications, informatics, engineering, electronics, manufacturing and commercialisation.
