COLLABORATION, TRAINING & PUBLICATIONS

The MOSAIC Study is a province-wide initiative bringing together experts in cardiology, genomics, imaging, and artificial intelligence.

MOSAIC: Bringing Precision Heart Care to All

Collaborate With Us

We welcome partnerships that build on MOSAIC’s investment and expand its impact, including:

  • Virtual panels on a whole-genome backbone for cardiovascular and related conditions.
  • AI and imaging innovation in echocardiography and other diagnostic modalities.
  • Health equity and implementation science, including research in rural, remote, and Indigenous communities.
  • Health system transformation projects that integrate genomics, imaging, and AI into care pathways.

How to Get Involved

We are eager to connect with researchers and organizations who share our vision of transforming cardiovascular care.

Collaborate with us on grant applications, translational studies, and innovative research projects.

Bring forward ideas for how MOSAIC can be extended to new conditions, technologies, or communities.

Partner with our team to ensure discoveries lead to meaningful change in the health system.

Training and Knowledge Sharing

MOSAIC also supports training the next generation of researchers by:

  • Providing opportunities for students, postdocs, and clinicians to contribute to collaborative projects.
  • Sharing knowledge through publications, presentations, and partnerships.

Rural POCUS Network enabled by our AI Echo Core Lab to support community CVD screening and triage

  • To build rural capacity and improve cardiac screening, we will deploy POCUS devices to rural community physicians to rapidly assess the need for full echo study referral.
  • Regional healthcare professionals will receive specialized raining in POCUS technology and echo procedures to ensure consistent and accurate implementation of screening and recruitment protocols.

Publications

As MOSAIC grows, we will share results through scientific publications, conferences, and collaborative outputs. These will highlight both the scientific discoveries and the real-world health impact enabled by this work.
